Return & Refund Policy
At Lyrecoo, we stand behind the quality of our thermal paper products. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for both B2B clients and retail customers.
1. General Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Requests must be made within the timeframe specified below.
2. Retail Customers (Small Orders)
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. B2B Clients (Bulk Orders / Distributors)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Bulk orders cannot be refunded in full once processed, except in cases of confirmed product defects.
For replacements, only the defective portion of the shipment will be replaced.
Refunds for B2B clients are processed as credit notes or adjustments in future orders (unless otherwise agreed).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially consumed rolls and labels.
Customized or special-order products made to client specifications.
Items returned without original packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once approved, return the product to the provided address.
After inspection, we will issue a replacement, credit note, or refund as applicable.
